payments

  • All payment will be completed via Ko-fi or PayPal.

  • All payments must be USD.

  • I require payment before I start working.

  • Payment plans can be worked out for expensive commissions.

my rights as the artist

  • I reserve the right to...
       Deny your commission without explanation.

  • I reserve the right to...
       Refuse completing your commission if you become belligerent and have been warned for such behavior previously.

  • I reserve the right to...
       Cancel a commission and issue a refund depending on how much of it has been completed, along with the work I've created before the time of cancellation.

       Take up to two months to complete a commission before a refund may be issued for taking too long.

  • I reserve the right to...
       Use your commission as examples on further works— with your character credited— unless you've paid for a private commission.

refunds

  • Payment will be given depending on my progress in the commission; refunds will NOT be issued after I have begun work on the commission.

  • Refunds may be issued if you have paid in the wrong currency.

  • I will not compensate for PayPal fees. It is your own error for sending the incorrect funds.

  • Refunds may be issued if you can no longer afford a commission or need your money back.

  • You must contact me to inform me of your situation.

things  to  note

  • Due to the fact that we're an OSDD-1b system, the art style utilized for our commissions is extremely inconsistent. If you want your commission to be in a specific style, please let us know & provide a reference beforehand. Failure to do so may result in your commission being in a different art style than you anticipated, & no revisions or remakes will be issued due to your own error of lack of communication.

  • We have multiple disorders which cause memory loss, & messaging us for updates is appreciated.

  • Experimental pieces are, as stated, experimental. By purchasing an experimental piece, you understand that it may not look like any other experimental pieces I've shown. I use these commissions to try out new techniques, & that's why they're cheaper.

  • If you would like for your commission to be discounted, please contact me & let me know why you'd like a discount & we may be able to work something out.

  • Do NOT ask for a discount because you do not think my art is worth what I've priced it. That is a sure fire way to NOT get a discount.
